All these contempt petitions/writ by petitioners are an eye view of the careless attitude of the authorities concerned.Even if there is slight percentage of truth on working of contemners it is condemnable.we all know about condition of
basic education in U.P. but why?One of the reason but importance wise at top ,a sleepy Govt , irrespective of the party.
