विषय: अपार आईडी बनाने में आने वाली समस्याओं के संबंध में।
आप अवगत हैं कि वर्तमान में अपार आई०डी० बनाये जाने का कार्य प्राथमिकता के आधार पर गतिमान है। सचिव, स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली के पत्रांक / ड.ओ.नो-23-2/2024-स्टेट्स (पार्ट-1) दिनांक 27.02.2025 (संलग्न) के द्वारा अपार आई०डी० बनाये जाने में आ रही समस्याओं के निराकरण सम्बन्धी निर्देश प्रदान किये गये है, जो निम्नवत है-
👉 i) If birth certificate of child is available the UDISE+ record should reflect the same name and date of birth in portal irrespective of the name eneterd in Aadhaar ID.
i) यदि बच्चे का जन्म प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध है तो UDISE+ रिकॉर्ड में पोर्टल पर वही नाम और जन्म तिथि दर्शाई जानी चाहिए, भले ही आधार आईडी में नाम कुछ भी दर्ज हो।
👉 ii) If name Aadhaar ID and birth certificate is same and record in UDISE+ is different, then updation in UDISE as per birth certificate is to be carried out.
ii) यदि नाम, आधार आईडी और जन्म प्रमाण पत्र एक ही है और यू-डाइस+ में रिकॉर्ड अलग है, तो जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के अनुसार UDISE में अद्यतनीकरण किया जाना है।
👉 iii) If record of child in birth certificate and UDISE is same but different in Aadhaar ID then correction to be made in Aadhaar ID and not in UDISE+ database. However, if the parents of the students desire in writing about the change in the name of the students then the SOP as per the MHA guidelines may be followed to make correction in the school records.
iii) यदि जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और यू-डाइस में बच्चे का रिकॉर्ड एक जैसा है, लेकिन आधार आईडी में अलग है, तो सुधार आधार आईडी में किया जाना चाहिए, न कि UDISE+ डेटाबेस में। हालाँकि, यदि छात्रों के माता-पिता छात्रों के नाम में परिवर्तन के बारे में लिखित रूप में चाहते हैं, तो स्कूल रिकॉर्ड में सुधार करने के लिए गृह मंत्रालय के दिशा-निर्देशों के अनुसार एसओपी का पालन किया जा सकता है।
👉 iv) If birth certificate is not available and the child is admitted on the basis of some other relevant document, then UDISE+ data entry to be done based on Aadhaar ID.
iv) यदि जन्म प्रमाण पत्र उपलब्ध नहीं है और बच्चे को किसी अन्य प्रासंगिक दस्तावेज के आधार पर प्रवेश दिया जाता है, तो आधार आईडी के आधार पर यू-डाइस+ डेटा प्रविष्टि की जाएगी।
